March

Kibbeh is a unique dish made only for Shabbat or special occasions in Jewish-Iraqian families kitchen.
The dish is made of semolina dumplings stuffed with aromatic meat and served with different kinds of soup. From spicy soup or sweet and sour soup to deep and rich broth soup. It's probably going to be the most comforting dish you have ever tasted.

There are many ways to prepare Kibbeh. Some prefer to boil the dumplings in the soup and others prefer to deep fried them, but I like to cook them slowly in a beetroot soup or a tomato and okra stew.

The workshop will include:
- Home-made cocktail or a glass of wine
- Intro to the Israeli-Jewish world cuisine
- Make of the Kibbeh's dough
- Prepare the meat filling
- Cook 2 kinds of soups:
Red velvet Kibbeh soup made from beetroot
         Tomato and okra soup
- Roll the Kibbeh balls
- Dessert and infused tea

Come and join me to a journey of flavors and tastes in a family environment
