"MEMOLAIM"

You can find them anywhere in the world from

Africa to Europe or from the Far East to the Middle East.

It seems that everyone just wants to fill something in something all the time. Come and join to me to fill some vegetables and grape leaves with meat, herbs and rice for shabbat.

 

The workshop will include cooking these dishes:

Grape leaves stuffed with round rice and herbs, served with Greek tzatziki sauce.

Onions stuffed with bulgur wheat and chopped meat cook in pomegranate juice.

 

Cabbage Leaves stuffed with chopped lamp rice and dried cranberries,

OR

Zucchini stuffed with minced meat and round rice, cooked in a rich tomato sauce, with the fragrance of basil oregano and garlic.


There is also a vegan workshop with an Indian style of "MEMOLAIM", like sweet peppers stuffed with rice and red lentils, chickpea flour and cereals cook in creamy coconut milk, garam masala, ginger and garlic.
