"The Holy Trinity"

Hummus, Shakshuka and Chopped Salad

Come and learn how to make the holy trinity of the Israeli cuisine at home.

“Masbaha hummus”

Warm, creamy chickpeas that melt into tahini, fresh lemon juice and ground cumin seeds.

Served with hot bread, brushed with olive oil and za'atar seasoning.

“Shakshuka”

A thick sauce is made from roasted tomatoes, along with onion, garlic and Harissa sauce of sweet and spicy peppers. On top of the sparkling sauce, there are creamy egg yolks and egg whites that disappear inside the tomato sauce.

“Chopped salad”

The Israeli finely chopped salad is served all the day everywhere in israel. It can be breakfast, served in a pita with falafel and as side dish just as salad. It is always fresh, refreshing and healthy.
