“Sandwich” of potato and meat cooked with tomato soup
Be ready to take your shabbat dinner to the next level. This is without a doubt one of the best dishes ever invented. It’s a mouthful and oh-so-good: deep fried "sandwich" of creamy potato, stuffed with minced lamb, simmered in thick tomato sauce on low heat and served on turmeric dyed couscous and steamed vegetable soup. In this workshop, you will also learn to make Harissa paste and an authentic dip from Libya that’s a blend of preserved lemons and sweet pumpkin.
